Well I for one think they look good, I have a set on my Sierra and they make it look a bit more up to date and classy.
The Impreza is a chav car anyway, adding Lexus lights makes no real difference to that fact. I love mine, they finish the RA off a treat.

Jesus, I can't believe you even need to ask the question! Any sort of styling modification is a complete and utter no-no in my eyes.
It beggars belief that some owners think that some bloke in a garage with a passing knowledge of the use of glass fibre has the slightest chance of producing a car body kit that will be better than that produced by the cream of trained automotive designers employed at great expense by a global car manufacturer.
Kev in his shed will NOT make your Impreza look better.

Another plus point is they weigh less than the oe ones, so hardly needless tat. Can't believe how many haters there are. Mine are staying, only the other days some lads at Kentucky Fried Chicken were saying how cool they looked.

I've been talking to Steve Simpson and he thinks a firmware upgrade to the Simtek will allow the rear Lexus lights to flash like the F1 Safety car. He reckons this will only be available to Lexus light owners and if you want it for your oe lights then you may have to go for the Gems or Solaris ECU.
Something worth thinking about when choosing your ECU/rear lights...

Looks that way, once you start down the lexus light/neon tuning road it can get very pricey. I spent a lot of time choosing my ecu, it needed to intergrate seamlessly with the neon water sprays and the Lexus lights.
At the end of the day a lot of it's down to the mapper, Andy Forrest mapped mine first and I found at night neons were starting to run very hot, Andy reckons it's a problem with the dump valve blowing off hot air and heating up the under side of the neons, I'm not so sure and think he needs to tweak the map at bit.
I have no idea were this is going BTW

I lol`d when my mate fitted his years ago, and i lol`d everytime i spoke to him, give him his dues he actually managed to have enough ***** to keep them on for a few years
But they were **** then, and they are still **** now.
The lexus lights stand for everything i hate against modding cars, the utter simpltons of the modding world look up to lexus lights, as if they are some sort of holy grail, you fit them and you are a "modder"
What i hate the most about them, is that the vast majority of the cars you see with them around this way, all tend to be the same, cheap basic cars, usually scruffy and not looked after, a set of lexus rear lights, and some tinted windows, its always the same, they never even have a half decent set of wheels on them, usually standard ones, i dont see the point in wasting cash on chavvy trinkets, put the trinket cash together and buy a nice set of wheels, you can not go wrong with a nice set of alloys, or maybe even get the bodywork on the car sorted out so it looks like a stock tidy car, not a battered pile of ****, but spreading the "modding budget" out and buying various ****e like rear lights, window tints and fooken skull gearknobs is just pathetic.
Do it properly, or don't do it at all.

Or do you actually mean all this
I don't like anything non standard cosmetically on Imprezas. If it ain't made by Subaru then it doesn't go on any of my Imprezas.

the standard back lights are like the front lights.... CRAP!!! cant see much when reversing or more than 20foot in front of you in the dark. ive changed all my lights, got black projector headlights, black indicators and black "lexus style" rears (but there different to all the ones pictured.
