Looks good!

Would look even better with some big brakes behind those big wheels!

Thanks for all the kind words again, didn't expect such a great response!

Brakes are next in my agenda, trying to figure weather i should just go for the STI Brembos, or go after market?

sorry in advance but, i just dont get it. yes it looks nice. yes it is a good stance. yes it deserves to be on the front of a magazine, BUT, you live with that on a daily basis and enjoy it?!! it just seems a little extreme to me, and it looks to me as if you have just compromised the "abilities" of the car in exchange for a bit of cosmetic beauty/bling. i mean its your car and i aint knocking it cos it does "look" good, but surely its only a fookin headache in the long run cos it is a bit O.T.T? ................. go on, someone tell me now that i am showing my age, lol. best of luck anyway bud.

I agree mate. Looks really sweet to be fair, but not worth it for me for the compromised handling, cost and damaged front end/midriff

OP, I take it your car is a WRX?

My option regarding brakes would be new aftermarket.

I had my car riding low for a couple of weeks...

Did my nut in!!

I don't care how great it looked, it made driving it anywhere a painful experience for both my splitter and underbody!

Had it raised up about an inch and its so much better!

It does look awesome, really good and those wheels are amazing too. It would do my head in though everytime it caught on a speedbump etc.

If I were you my next mod would be some electronic or air powered suspension

Looks great!, but speedbumps and a aftermarket bumper are not a good combo! lol

I'd go for a nice big set of the 'orange' K-sport and 'purple' D2 Racing brakes to make them stand out behind the white wheels.

Thanks for all the real kind comments guys. I few of my friends are running Air, but i kinda see it as cheating, still, hasn't stopped me from looking in to it

As for Brakes, placed an order on the 8pot 356mm K-Sports today, as the price for performance is pretty outstanding compared to the rest i've found but they got back to me, and explained there's a 30 day waiting list on them. And due to recent circumstances, i really need a decent set in the same size, ASAP. Could anybody point me in the right direction? I've heard AP's are a bit of a nightmare to be maintained, and i don't really want to be paying any more then 1500£ all in. (as the K-Sports are 1200)

Hi Buddy,

I'm back from Darkest Peru to see that you've been playing again, I agree with the others (grudgingly) that it does look sweet . As for brakes have a look at StopTech, I've heard good things about them. Almost bought a set but I want to keep everything looking stock so went with the Brembo set up.

Catch up with you soon.

Mark

Hey Mark. Jeez is it that time already?! How was Peru? Need to catch up soon. And thanks, it means allot coming from you .

And thanks to JonMc, i took your advice.
And right on cue..

I will be fitting them later on, when Matty gets here with his bleed kit, in the freezing cold, praying that the Grids clear them. I have spoken to K-Sport who sent me a diagram which shows they clear, and being the same calliper, im hoping i have no problems. But always expect the unexpected as they say, so we will see.
