If the scum that killed the pup were ever caught then whatd happen to them particularly if their under the age of sixteen.
Thats right nothing, nothing at all.
A social worker/ psychologist type would sit them down and try to understand why they did it. Their might be some sort of hearing where theyd be put on supervison which basically means nothing would happen.

We live in this nannying culture where stuff like this shocks us for a while then its old news. My heart goes out to the poor kid that was walking the pup and im fairly sure that any subsequent proceedings at court or otherwise would make sure the culprits rights were fully accomodated but very little if anything would influence the punishment dished out. Im sure the ones that did this live in squalor, have abusive neglectfull parents etc etc etc but alot of us didnt have the best up bringings an dont behave like this.
There just doesnt seem to be enough of a punishment thatd deter conduct like this.

Whats the answer? sadly god only knows........

That would be a start. The problem is these days, even if you do get slammed up, you can come out better than you went in!

Reintroduce borstals for under16's/18's harsh regeime, hard work, learn skills and earn respect and some priviliges or choose to be a dick and get it tougher and tougher until they break.

The army does not deserve to have this scum foisted on them, borstals and some tough treatment and fixed/immovable boundaries would be a great start!

Thanks for that, any one care to lend me theirs? Fair is fair.

Back to these little ****e's..... they need locking up and just given bed an board. Not GCSE's and rehabilitation sessions to stop them feeling institutionalized. If they don't want to feel like they have been in 'juuvy' or whatever cool thing it is to all it these days then they need to start behaving like at least half decent human beings. Stop stopming on dog's heads, go to school, use manners and occasionally help an old lady across the road.

Ok, well, maybe no the latter, but going to school would be a good start.

Question

I think a bit of leadership and lateral think is required these days to try and sort this scum out.

What about this?

Identify somewhere overseas that has real problems e.g. parts of Africa, India or whatever where the local are not shooting each other but just need help keeping their families alive. Send these boys out to live under local conditions but with minimum safeguards to see that they do not starve. They would have a supervisor, probably as part of an aid project. Their job will be to help the local population and they will live under the same conditions. If they contribute then they might earn privileges like some extra food or a better tent. If not tough.

You never know they might actually learn something and get a buzz out of making a real contribution to someone's life. May be not.

Do you think there is a politician who has the ***** to organise this? DL

Not sure who would have the ***** to do it to be honest.

However I am sure that it would sort the men from the boys.

and this is the clincher for me, as if it needed more to boil my blood any further,

Miss Alderton, of St Neots, in Cambridgeshire, who was given Sandy four weeks ago to help her attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, said: ‘I was devastated. It was such a shock – Sandy was a lovely puppy.

so nothing but good was going to come out of this girl having the puppy and some little c**t has killed an innocent pet and done god knows what emotional damage to her nice one **** bag.

not joking when i say i would have no problem having my collar felt just to knock that kid on his ****.

I might also add DOHH!! That was not the picture I inserted! Lol.

Although it did make me smile. I do not liken myself to a dog that likes to have things inserted up it's butt!

As I said before, we are becoming a "Mad Max" society and that will not be stopped without positive and strong action by our leaders. Can you see that happening at the moment though?

I don't know what is happening to the world these days. It's becoming a scary place to live.
I feel so sorry for what my children might have to put up with in 30 years time.

I would love to give this sort of scum a good kicking as its the only language they seem to understand.

All that poor puppy was doing is enjoying a whole new world and exploring its surroundings and generally being playful, a puppy is not just an animal, its a part of someones family and what these ******* have done is murder a part of someones family.

I can`t imagine how the young girl felt when she saw her puppy just lying there motionless, both the girl and the dogs family must be heartbroken.

Anyone who has any kind of pet animal can sympathise with how the family must feel, the laws need to be tougher as animals have as much right to this earth as we do, i just don`t get it in how someones mind can work when they can kick a defenseless little animal to its death.

RIP little fella/lass

Sorry to **** on your bonfire but what's this got to do with the fairly serious topic of a puppy being slaughtered?

They should bring back the cane and introduce touhger punishments through out the system there wouldn't be half the promblems in the country that we have today but then you'd have the goody 2 shoes that can't see the true state of how bad this fecking country's in saying it's against human rights, criminals and general every day dicks would think twice about doing half the things they do now, i'm fecking fuming now

I was thinking about this earlier, did anybody see the offenders ? was considering the possibility that she tripped and landed on the little dog and made up the story, sounds unlikely but so does the actual sory, cant imagine there are that many people that would kill someones pet like that.
