And if that is not exciting enough, start fitting bumpers and we can have high speed dodgems just like in touring car racing

how about oil slicks as well just ti liven it up? lol
all joking aside, i think they need to reduce the amount of regulations and rules, instead of spending 10mill to try to get 0.00001 seconds quicker, would mean inovation would come back into it.
my sugested rules
1> min weight (higher than now to stop drivers dieting etc)
2> max 5L engines
3> NASP only
4> Safety rules remain as is
rest is free for all

If that was the case, spending would go through the roof due to so few regulations!

i dont agree, you could spend xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and find that someone who spent 50p on a good idea was quicker.
tight rules means alot of tiny tiny developments for a huge cost. i think developments would be so quick that you wouldn't have time to go to that extent with them
