Don't think there will be ice with the weather we're having lately. May need to fit snorkels for the floods.

Any chance of a route map with 98/99 RON fuel stops highlighted Rich?

That way if some of us somehow (and I'm not sure how this would possibly happen) fall off the back of the pack and get lost or need some fuel, we'll know where to head.

I may have to drop out of this one gents. I have been waiting on the arrival of new discs and pads and now they have finally turned up i have been sent the wrong front pads

Unless the run in period on the pads is short it looks like I wont be ready to role on the 27th! Anyone know how many miles it is to run in Mintex M1144 pads??

17. notfub's mate Neil in a Grp4 Mk2 Escort with Cossie Turbo power.

My mate has not long finished a multi year build project on his Ford Escort Mk2. It started off as a group 4 wide arch shell which he built up and prepped into a monster. It's running a cosworth turbo lump and is a stunner.

I thought it would be a nice addition to our posse, in-keeping with the rally theme. Hope this is ok with you guys?

Sounds a bit of an animal Dean He can come but he's not allowed to shame any Scooby owners

Is it 4WD or still 2WD? Wont be much fun if its RWD if the weather is like last year

Thankfully it's still 2WD so a bit of a handfull, especially in wet, damp and icy conditions. Think we'll be just fine in our scoobs Calv

Here is the car in question, apologies to any Ford haters out there but I have a soft spot for the Mk2.
