Absolute f*@king bollix that one should blame society!!!! People like that pair of scum are the first to say "It's not my fault". The last thing we need are the do-gooders making their excuses for them. Let them take responsibility for their actions and let them hang for them. Educating a killer just makes for an educated killer.

LOL another uneducated view!

Still its easier for you to feel better about yourself and sleep at night if you take no responsibility for the consequences of forsaking society and becoming only interested in yourself!

Amazing, yet sad that so many on here are so short sighted themselves!

Individual apathy as a defence for the collective crimes of society manifested in the young people it creates and the greed it promotes, is a very interesting social discussion and is quite legitimately put forward Having this discussion on scoobynet is frankly pointless though. Burn the ******

You can argue this chicken and egg (society & scum) as much as you want.

If the individuals take responsibility for thier actions and start to act like the rest of us 'normal', law abiding people then the break the cycle.

You can introduce as much legislation and laws, etc as you want - you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink the fecking water, it has to want to.

you and i have a choice each and every day - conform, contribute and face up to your responsibilities and contribute - or not to and do what the **** we like, bugger the consequences.

Plenty of people from broken homes and poor areas grow up to become decent people, it is some that choose otherwise - yes they know right from wrong but they CHOOSE to do what they do in the same way others choose to do the right thing.

Blaming others is easy ans the easy, dare i say it american way to go and we seem to be sliding down this particular slope.

Actions have consequences as people have responsibilities. some people need to face up to this.

You really are an ideolgical idiot aren't you? If you take so much responsibility for these people tell me you have been to the parents of the boys they killed and begged for forgiveness. Or is it that the boys deserved to die as they were responsible for their killers actions because of course they too are part of society? Will you support these killers in their rehabilitation? Will you hire them to do your gardening, will you let them into your life only to have them turn on you or one of your family?
No you won't because you are happy to spout you drivel on a forum, but in truth your responsibility begins and ends at your keyboard.
Wake up to the fact that we don't create all of these people some of them are just evil and even in the utopia you crave would still be evil.

The truth can hurt Bro, but I have no veil in front of my eyes that masks my part and responsibility to make society a better place to live. I will indeed support re-education for all people, without exclusion. One day, through circumstances different, that person could be you or a member of your family and my hand will reach out regardless Bro. So if that warrants a torrent of abuse then feel free. At least my way society stands a chance, yours, well not much hope there for the future is there!

Firts let me tell you I am not you bro in any way shape or form.
Secondly you sanctimonious pillock let me share something with you.
When I was 10 is was "taken" by someone and subjected to a series of rapes. Now I knew this person and knew him to be a twisted and vicious person even before the things he did to me.
Now you tell me that he did those things to me because society let him down. Tell me it was my fault or my parents fault because we did not see fit to educateld him.Tell me I should forgive him for making it so hard to live normally afterwards that I cut my wrists aged 11. Tell me I shouldn't still have nightmares about this man because it was me that let him down.

Surely this would massively relieve our over crowded prisons and make people think twice about there actions.

Infact, why are we not doing this now?

I posted very similar thoughts on the Kicked Puppy to Death thread recently.

=======
I think a bit of leadership and lateral think is required these days to try and sort this scum out.

What about this?

Identify somewhere overseas that has real problems e.g. parts of Africa, India or whatever where the local are not shooting each other but just need help keeping their families alive. Send these boys out to live under local conditions but with minimum safeguards to see that they do not starve. They would have a supervisor, probably as part of an aid project. Their job will be to help the local population and they will live under the same conditions. If they contribute then they might earn privileges like some extra food or a better tent. If not tough.

You never know they might actually learn something and get a buzz out of making a real contribution to someone's life. May be not.

Do you think there is a politician who has the ***** to organise this? DL

Yes, he was let down, as were you, society failed and is consistently failing. That story makes me feel very sad indeed.

here are my thought on problems in society and the answers
1 bring back the death penalty for several reasons
1 peados as 97% of them are un reabititatable
2 child murders as above
3 oap murders
now here are the advantages of doing this
1 bullet plus cremation 250quid
1 day in nick 800quid see the saving allready . then police wouldnt be looking for lost/abducted kids so the money saved could be put back into policing the streets/etc therefore making society a whole site safer place .then here comes the best bit the empty places in nick could be used for short sharp shock treatment for young burgulars etc get em in for a month let em **** emselves every day wondering who is gonna stab em or **** em then get em out again before they adjust to it and settle in to the system. like these 2 little ****** who have now been wised up to the prison system and are not scared of it so therfore are likly to re ofend when released

I assume that Agent Smith was banned for comments made on another thread - because it woudl be truly shocking if he got banned for anything he's posted on this subject?

Yoza, you're right mate no sympathy please

The only reason I posted my experience at all was because I was so angry and upset by Agent_Dick's complete lack of realism. I have had a life full of idiots like him and all they do is frustrate and impede. For f*ck sake he looked at my post and came to the conclusion I was "let down". What a ****!

Why ban him? He may be in my eyes a fool but he has an opinion and he should be allowed to voice it. As should we all.

This is going to sound very strange but I have sometimes had the thought that it was lucky it happened to me and not another boy. I have something in me that kept me alive and able to cope (just) with that terrible experience. Another boy might not have been so strong and could have seen parents to mourn a terrible loss.

Such is life.
