Tell you what I will do you a straight swop against my S202 in black

I have essentially left the car as is but with some minor modifications - I have fitted a Zunsport lower grille to close the front end (not in pics), all the Defi gauges now sit in a Zerosports pod.

I have renewed the standard Japanese Hornet alarm with a proper Thatcham Cat 1 system, had a professional install of uprated Morel front speakers and rear speakers to follow in the new year.

I have had a Cosworth Kevlar timing belt and belt guide fitted and very shortly it will be having Performance friction brake pads plus new discs all round.

Oh and a TSL Green Hybrid Panel Air Filter, a custom made 100 cell sport cat and a remap with Bob Rawle on the 6th of December so it should be a little bit faster to boot.

In the spring I am going to have the wheels overhauled and a full detail done on the car as there is little point doing them at the moment with all the rubbish weather at the moment.

I would essentially leave your car as is with perhaps a remap and a steering geometry alignment as well.

I am probably in the same position as you then - I won't get the same car passing me anytime soon.

I think the S202 came in yellow, blue, white I think and black, although I think the yellow or black looks the best.

I would keep the RA-R essentially as is and get hold of a JDM STi - modify and track that instead.

Sell it and get a Lotus Exige. Looks better, more fun on track in standard form. Wish I could afford one.

I'd only have the RA-R in white personally but as a road car I would pick the S204 over it all day long. The RA-R is a better track car but there are better track focused cars out there than the Impreza IMHO.

Cheers still getting used to the Bugeye shape after changing from a Hawkeye but my doubts soon changed after Bob Rawle remapped the car on Sunday.

^^ How is your S202 on the road as I didn't think they could be registered? Top car though, always wanted one myself.

Not got no interior pics as it's just the usual boring spec c interior. Unfortunately it's not got the STI genome gauges if i were to keep it i would of had those fitted along with a nice titanium exhasut decat down pipe cold air intake down the front wing bigger injectors to see it upto 400bhp/400ltb. would be the perfect road/track car can't see much touching it.

In standard form the ra-r was as quick as my old ra which had a decat full 3" exhaust system ecutek remap and cai 360bhp/380ltb
at oulton park this was more thenenough to see of evo 9's with 400/400.

She's been sold

Probs for the best as i was ready to throw money at her which i was never going to get back. Had my eye on a new litcho turbo and a full titanium exhaust carbon fibre rear diffuser and a few other carbon bits also a flocked dash and steering wheel. I think it would of been the complete car then. O well will have to wait for the exchange rate to get better and maybe bring in a blue one

That was a nice car, it is always a shame to see your car sold on but there is always the next car project to start planning.

Took the words out my mouth mate. Will probs get another unless they do a half decent attempt with the hatch but even then it won't look as good as a hawkeye.

Some italian fella want's me to convert it to LHD to.

Out of the 4 ra-r's and s204's i bought over three including this one have found homes in europe and only 1 S204 resides with a current SN member.

Think a blue one is next on the cards as theres two white ones that litcho supplied in the uk.Think i'll have to wait a while tho as i found one with more or less delivery miles ,but at the current exchange rate would cost me £40,000 to get it here .

Alot of interest from europe at the moment with these cars as the £ is weak against the Euro.

Immy
