well decided to have ago myself , i mean what could go wrong ..

roof liner is all removed with no issues,
tin opener is coming out on saturday once i get the flap back from the sprayer ..

just one question do you cut the hole the same size as the plastric interior trim part ??
its a classic by the way
what i have noticed not as easy to line up the holes for fixing the flap on a classic as a newage as two different brackets un like the newage which is one
tips on this would be good

and any other tips

cheers phil

Yes please matey unless Kev/ Si has one?

Phil, line up the rear bracket first, make sure it's equadistamce from either side, measure about 30 times or so the hole diameter will be taken off the interior trim

I have a Dremmel but no discs.... I'm going into newport saturday anyway so I'll be able to get a few packs from B&Q. Will one pack do one car or will I need a couple for each as they wear down quickly ?

If you buy the bigger discs it will take 2 to do one car. The small dics are a bit fragile. One of mine are still floating around Barry somewhere
