Good point. If you are fitting an STi 8 TMIC you need the BOV which is triangular in shape on the flange. The VER 5 and 6 is diamond shaped and will not fit the later top mount.

thanks joz, probably go for an sti8 undertray.i didnt realise that when u buy an sti8 tmic u have to spend a load more to fit it same old i spose!
ahh really where are you from??
and as for the dumpvalve i had to get a later one to fit the intercooler,as the one on the oe cooler wont fit! and it fouls the coil pack so i just made brackets to sit it further forward!

worth it when its done, looks so much better!!

well thats just great joz, thanks for sharing the confidence! will the sti 8 undertray do the job here, sealing the ic seems a bit daft as the undertray should be doing this shouldnt it?

I couldn't get a STi8 undertray but it would have sealed to the tmic ok. The problem is that it would need modding to fit the bonnet!

The BOV will fit with moving the coil pack, reducing the height, or cutting it as I did.

it makes alot of difference, did like the responsiveness of the td04,but the vf35 is on another level in comparison. the car feels alot more grown up!
