yea bit late sorry bud have sold it now, but yes they are brilliant headunits but the only downside to them is that they have no subwoofer outs so subs cannot be used with them which is part of the reason im getting rid of it!!

i have one of these units fitted in my bugeye,

for all those people who are curious they will not fit the facia panel on the subaru.they fit no problem in the double din slot but the facia will not go over it so i tried putting the facia on from the back first but still wont go.

so anyone wanting to fit these in a subaru will have a lot of cutting to do

strange coz mine fitted straight into my classic, the trick is not to have it sat all the way back so the screen protrudes out a little bit

how did you get a double din in a classic,i have a 98 and its only single din

because mins an import some comes as a double din not single din! and mike i dont know if it would fit sorry but like phil said they are a bit of a pain in a bugeye to fit!

Just a bit of info if anyone ever googles this looking for answer, like I did..

These are a good little head unit for the price, not bad at all! But to fit in a bugeye it requires trimming down/taking a file to the sides and top of your dash. They are a little big for the opening, but with perserverance look nice when done properly.
