I have no idea what you are talking about as it is not publicised. No doubt, I would be horrified how my Sunday roast ended up on the table.
The point here is, some sick kids think it is alright to do this, probably for a laugh. I despair of the future generation.
How our meat ends up on the table is not the same as some sick teenager thinking it is ok to rip to bits some poor defenceless baby animal.

Out of sight, out of mind, Martin. Humans are guilty of all sorts of hypocritical viewpoints, that's just one of them. What you don't know won't hurt you etc etc.

I think that it stems from broken homes or non existent family life which has been created from the NL attitude towards marriage and the consequent lack of a normal upbringing for so many young people these days.
Children need to be guided as they grow up to take the path rowards decency in their future lives. It is natural for them to go the wrong way without that kind of teaching and when they gang up, all these bad attitudes will feed on each other and they are likely to go over the top as in this case.
If we want to live in a civilised society then we have to learn from the outset that there are rules to follow and that authority should be respected. They should realise that if you have respect for other people then that will be reciprocated and a destructive existence, even if it may seem to be "fun" at the time will lead to real punishment and will certainly not profit them in the long run.
The present attitude by the authorities towards crimes such as this or vandalism can only be interpreted as appeasement by the woolly headed PC Plonkers who control the judiciary etc. these days.
We need real punishments now which deter them from trying it on, can't see what is wrong with a hard flogging myself! Could even be in public to really rock them! Nothing like a bit of heavy embarrassment with the pain to act as a persuader.
