I to have a SA wagon on a MY94. I knew it was the family version of the wrx on the outside with no skirts and crap seats although very cumphy. On looking at it under the bonnet it looks just the same as the MY96 wrx wagon, same intercoller ect. I have recently just changed the injectors. They were the standard grey ones found in the wrx and i fitted 440's from the sti.
When i 1st got the car 5 years ago it hade 34k on the clock and i put it on a dyno to check all is running well. Everythin was apart from the fact it only just hit 200bhp where as my mates wrx was hitting 225bhp with no mods.
After reading the above and seeing that the ecu was set to run less power this would make sence. So knowing the little i know i take it the V1 sti lump is better for more power which also makes sence as after a few new mods to the car and a full remap it is now running 314bhp. So now i know a little more about the SA. If anyone has anymore info please can you forward it to me.
