Well i took my ecu out this morning & cracker it open
its a V7 ecu
its fitted with an ESL daughter board re-mappable system
this would solve the limiter question & confirm the limiter haas gone , just need the mechanical box to convert the clocks to mph now ........

But there was an initial comms problem between us, and he went too far forward lol. He wan't happy, as he almost shredded his fingers, trying to prise the digit wheels away from each other, so as to roll back the numbers.

You need (want) to fit a x0.621 mech conv anyway (so as to read in mph!). This will, effectively, shift the limiter from 180kph (112mph) to 180mph, as previously mentioned - so it won't matter if the speed limiter has been removed, or not, on the ESL.
