Exedy standard won't do 350 hp. BUT the APi uprated Exedy will. We alter a genuine STI Exedy that we buy in Japan, with a stronger material on the facing and then alter the clamping pressure on the flywheel.
The clutch is £295.00 + VAT and a matching lightweight flywheel sold exchange is £150.00 + VAT. We have plenty of stock of both and open again on Jan 4th.
Watch out for internet and Ebay offers there are many nasty stories about ' Exedy ' clutches that have been bought in these areas that seem to last a VERY short while .
Never yet changed one of ours under warranty for slip or judder......

That was our 230 mm 400 / 400 rated clutch, which makes it more of a mystery as to why it should play up at a much lower power level than it is capable of.
You are correct though Trevor, we have changed a clutch for slip - first time for everything.

The new larger clutch from API appears to be working very well and a big thanks to them for the no-nonsense way in which it was resolved.
