I wouldnt expect you to just 'give me' £106 plus £11.02 postage cos i'll send it back to you and you can sell it. how could you not contact me after fraudulant sell i couldnt live with my self. It smells very fishy to be honest and you WIll hear from me again.

Best way to sort it richard1522 sends the intercooler back and John refunds the full amount when he receives it. John it's your ebay account and even if you sold it for somebody else. It's your job to get the money back off your mate

was it bought thru ebay/paypal ?

if so,follow their procedures i guess,then john,when paypal reimburse him (if it was paid that way etc) then you can tvvat your "mate" to get the cash back,if my mate shafted me in this way if i sold something for him,id be very very unhappy with him !!

I myself was also sold an Intercooler off an STI Blobeye, when it arrived it wasnt a STI Blobeye intercooler, it appears to be a WRX one sprayed up. I contacted the seller he said it was off a Version 8... I said if this is the case the V8 car wasnt running a standard STI intercooler and demanded a refund. He hasnt contacted me since so i have opened a dispute with ebay & paypal. The process has now runs its course which paypal push for us to communicate to which he hasnt bothered. The next step in a few days is where paypal review the situation and come up with either a compramise, full refund or worse tell me that the buyer is in the right!!!

But as the Pr-ck isnt being contactable i think it will go in my favour :-)


Also having done a little digging, it looks suspiciously like the STI model before the Bugeye had a wrx intercooler with STI sprayed on as Subaru rushed to release this car.... unsure how true this is..

i have not stated your a bad seller in any way i have said all along i understand your position. and i pm you to start with and started the tread titled the way it is so it doesnt slate you. forgive me for being a bit sore but understanderable. i was polite and even said to you on the phone i'm sure its a mistake. i'm just a little pissed that your 'mate' hasn't got the ***** to own up and say ok i'm sorry hears your money back. so like i said before just forget it. It isnt going any where and really cant be bothered with the hassle over him he isnt worth it. i left you two or three pms after the convasation as well so they couldnt be discussed on here and they to where polite and apologetic.

Now,if you bought from cash convertors and it said had 1 gig of ram say and you got it home,it had 128 gig ram,youd go back to cash convertors,for them to say,hang on,you need to go back to the guy we got it from as we are selling it on his behalf.

so,john sold the item under his ID,but did he use his own paypal ?

If so,well,john needs to sort this out with his mate and get the cash back to refund as we all now know the item is indeed NOT an STI TMIC
