went in today but abandoned the office at 11:30 when it stopped snowing. Got home and it dumped another 2" on the floor.
So 3" at home and 5 - 6" at the office. Boss has told me not to bother trying to get in tomorrow
Snow I'll drive in, now its ice, so I'm taking him up on the offer an will work from home.

I've been off the last week before christmas, the boss deemed the roads to dangerous, we shut down between christmas and new year then nobody has been in this week. I'm begining to forget what I do when I'm there.
I don't mind getting up and spending the morning getting there but if I do get there I panic and think "What happens if I get stuck here!" I mean who would pick the kids up.

Walked the 6 mile round trip yesterday and drove it today in my van 4x4
Dont know what the fuss is about???????????
Been a Rapid Response Paramedic for 15yrs...if we all stayed inside at the first sign of the white stuff people would die
Think peolpe are just wimping out and using excuses to stay off work....

ice road truckers is awesome,it was no point me being at work today as customers wouldnt turn up or pick cars up so no point,is it snowing now for people?

Working all week , delivering rock salt to council / highways depots . Nice quite roads for a change except in Winsford and Middlewich . 27 tonnes on board heading for Amesbury , should be fun !!
