Hold on where is the refund? The -£87.07 is referring to the part it is a payment to UK Nextday. The £87.07 is the charge to my credit card. Read it again Sam and look in paypal so you can see what happens in there.

No you refused the courier while you were still holding my payment of almost £1000 for the engine which I was fully entitled to lift as you agreed for me to collect it.

Well done Sam on refusing to acknowledge my proof and also providing absolutely no proof of your own. A man can only truly be judged by his actions Sam and yours have shown me and all the others on here what type of man you are, dishonest and dishonorable.

The thing is people will still slag you off whether your on here or not because you are refusing to show your proof and not answering all arguements against you... it is simple really you back up your mouth like the OP has instead of sticking your head in the sand.

If scubbay purchased the item at a low price due to an ebay system error (to which they admit) then surely you owe him the goods at the price agreed, and ebay owe you £1500?

Once again, keeping up the traditions of the janner, from sinking Philip the King of Spains galleons, through running Jerry back where he came from, to sorting boltonelectrical out! Us Plymouth boys are indeed awesome!

In which case why did you post your original explaination on a public board and not an email to the original purchaser, by doing so, by publishing this on a public board you leave yourself open for others to question, simple as that. It appears that clear thinking in not a stong suit.

The winner bid more that the reserve, the minimum you where prepared to accept, if no reserve set more fool you if you knew what it is worth

OK, so you entered into a contract with the guy to sell for an agreed amount higher than the reserve (if there was one) Your argument and reconpense should be with ebay. The seller bid and won, the problem lies with ebay and it sounds like they messed up.

Shame you are not more honest and honourable, another fleabay scumbag to avoid

I know if I were in this position I would rather clear my name so as not to have forums of people thinking I'm dishonest, because incidentally boltonelectical, the more you keep stating your opinion against scubbays opinion, people then simply have to make up their own minds with the information given, and that can sometimes not go your way depending on how things are actually stated in a post because its easy at times to misinterpret whats actually being said. Personally for all the time it would take to post all your correspondences from ebay, thats the way I'd go and lets see who would slate you then when the proof of the pudding is put on the table as such. Prove them all wrong man, and its easy to do if your story is legit !!!!! Only my opinion !!!!! And I know in one of your above posts you said I dont see why I have to justify myself to people who have nothing to do with this situation'...... well if it were me, I'd want to do everything in my power to prove someone wrong that was on a forum stating 'misleading' fact about me. Reputation is everything in sales. So please go for it and post ebays correspondences and put this all to bed.........

No proof shown. Until such time as 'boltonelectrical' backs up any of his claims (mainly paying the money back!) if it walks like a scammer, looks like a scammer then scammer.

As for a 'good name' you've done that yourself by coming on here and being a bigger tit than Jordan's right funbag. Do you realise how many potential customers you've lost by this?

What a nugget.
