In concert her dresses are taped to her ***** by what looks like duct tape!!!! At least she won't have hairy nipples - the worst!

Are you sure it's not 'tit tape'?
Duct tape was what people used at first, but I am sure that the good lady could use the tit tape'. Depends on how the recession is effecting her though. lol.
