Looking good for this...apart from the heavy rain forecast for Friday.
Bring welly's or walking boots and a waterproof coat. A couple of plastic bags to put over the camera if necessary and a cleaning cloth.
The car park is a pay & display so bring some loose change.
Any questions?

I wonder if there would be any interest in a photography workshop for beginners?
I know that most of you have camera's and not everyone has the time or inclination to go out and explore what they can do. I know of one person in particular who brought all the gear but still doesn't have any idea
This will be open to everyone adults and ESC Juniors regardless of whether it's a full blown DLSR or a simple point and click.
The idea is that we will meet and then travel to a small location. You will then be free to wander off by yourself for a few hours (yes it takes that long) and Dazza, myself and a few others will wander around and give the benefit of our advice, make some suggestions and possibly lend some kit (if you are a canon user).
The benefit of a small location is that we should be able to get round to everyone and it also helps to focus your mind. Something too large will give you too many possibilities.
It will be a wooded area so warm clothing you don't mind getting muddy is essential and bring a flask. You should be able to take some excellent photos using light/shadow, colour, B&W, repetitive patterns, flora, fauna and use macro, wide or zoom lenses.
We can have a friendly competition at the end if you want, split between adults and juniors. Look at submitting a maximum of 3 shots.
Meeting at 10am - 10-15am at the McDonalds in Hadleigh. 124 High Street, Benfleet, SS7 2PB - Google Maps
From there we will be driving a short distance to the location.
Charge your batteries, bring some change and open your horizons
