just do a 30minute brisk walk 3 times a week and eat smaller meals each day and thats fine for most people that dont need to get really fit.
im 14 stone and 5'10 and eat around 4000 calories a day.according to my bmi im obese and over 2 stone overweight.but that doesnt take into account that muscle is heavier than fat and if i was really obese my pti would give me a right beasting...
