it will fit, however you need to check the gearbox code and make sure that it will match your diff. if i am not making a mistake you have a 4.4 diff. the gearbox on sale should have a 3.9 ratio (as far as i know) but the kit is well worth it's money and you can grab a matching diff from a scrappie and off you go. you need to make sure the shafts fit your hubs too or alternativly your shafts should fit the gearbox and the diff.
hope this helps

is it a 754 casing? ---- I'm sure it is!!
have you the receipts for the work carried out and when was it built?---- yes somewhere!
what type of front diff (plated/viscous/atb etc)?--- I'm sure its viscous
defintely 4.444 ratio?--- 100%
1.1 drop gears?----yes
I owned this gear box and had it built new a few years ago at a cost of about £4k,
it was in my type r but I only did about 1000ish miles as I hardrly use the car, a couple of years ago I deceided to fit a straight cut ppg which I brought from a third party and sold this gear box to Scogsy, but before sold it him I had it checked by paul at zen and I have the receipt some where for this, Scogcy has now had a change of plans and hardly used the box and now he is selling this box.
Hope this helps a few questions
