Air mouse allows you to use your phone as a mouse/pad for your PC/laptop so with a hdmi cable into the the laptop its time to sit back on the settee phone in hand and do some 50" browsing 
I like the sky+ app.
I dont use it too often but its very handy for recording when away from home
if you dont have the 3gs then try qik video its not the best quality video you'll see but its great if ya aint got one
I downloaded Iwoopie a few months ago (downloads videos to your phone to watch anytime) but recently it doesnt seem to download them, I dont know if its my phone, give it a try, I have loads on there to watch whenever, so if it works its great
photoshop is very basic but a few nice features on there
Traffic rush is ok for when you have a few minutes spare to play
one from gamebox it has 30+ games on it, ok most are shìt but i'm sure you will find a couple ya like
TVGuide , does what it says on the tin
Tesco clubcard works fine (only on self scan tho not at fuel stations

pacman and space invaders are excellent for a bit of retro gaming

Just downloaded AroundMe - mentioned by a couple of people on here - it is a brilliant app especially if you live in a large city or are visiting and do not know it too well.
I downloaded it as soon as I saw it demonstrated at an 'Augmented Reality' presentation.
