if you had used a hair dryer then the adhesive would have come off a lot easier

hi ceri,
should of used hair dryer but the misses looked so happy taking them off with boiling water, (she now has blisters mind) didnt have the heart to stop her she was doing so well .

will add a pic of the car when done and when its had a good clean, providing the snow doesnt make an appearance.
cheers gar

should of, been using thinners and then giving it some g3 afterwards, only thing is that you can see the mistakes that i made when i painted it couple runs and other bits (first car i ever painted), never mind will be repainting it in a month or so, done a few now so will be a better job this time round.

i seen youre thread about the gearbox the one i have on my car will be coming off in a month or so, came off a 1994 wrx, an i will be refitting the ra box and rear diff,
dont know if it be any good to you, does have a little wine coming from it but its been like that since i fitted it about 11 months ago hasnt got any louder since being fitted, if youre interested let me know and i will either meet up with you or you could call to mine and we could go for a spin and you can have a listen and see what you think,
looks like it has had a rebiuld sometime in its life as the box has been painted black and has sealant on the mating surfaces.
theres no code on it but the vin code was TY752VB3FA.

let me know what you think.

cheers gar
