Thanks Duncan, happy researching

I agree 3 hours of time doesn't amount to much. But when you've got up to 20 hours planned for him in one go, it starts to mount up

I know one of the issues with the previous ones from another company was the end tank just fouled at the bottom on the drivers side causing the rad not to locate right. A slight massage with a hammer solved this. Not saying thats the same issue here but may be worth a look.

There has to be a slight front chassis design variation in GC8s as although I havent been offering the current stock of rads on Scoobynet due to the odd issue with clearance I have them on Ebay with details of the potential fitting issues and have sold multiples. I have only had one customer come back with a reported fitting issue and he tried very damm hard to screw us (took us months to get the money back off him that he tried to steal off us) so I take his word with a huge pinch of salt.

Must admit at this price these are a bargain. I have went through two OEM radiators in 3 years on the race car. The problem with the standard radiators is the end tanks are made of cheese and burst all the time. These are pretty much a fit and forget at less than the price of a new OEM one.

The end tanks are a common failure so even forgetting any performance improvement the alloy version brings the reliability alone is worth the investement
