Two fantastic looking cars!
Yours reminds me of my white classic before it got written off

I don't mean to sound negative but you are being a bit optamistic with the power figures though... The VF28 wont go much higher than 320bhp

im just going off what the previous owner told me and by the reciepts of the remap and parts etc, might not be that figure, but we shall see in a month or so when the boost controller and that is getting fitted.

what turbo's come standard on the type r's?? are they vf24? if so how good are they in comparison??

V5 Type R's come with a VF28 as standard. 320bhp is about as far as they will go. Mine was mapped to 320bhp and 330ft/lbs and the turbo was at its limit.

Nice cars, love the 22B vents

However VF28's can be taken further than 320 bhp, I got 348 hp calculated with 16% loss to the hubs.

Both look stunning well done... I cleaned mine yesterday when the weather was nice... but cos of the heavy rain today its covered in brown spray marks

btw fanks for the PS you did the other day. Really liking your mate's Type R as that's a similar look I'm going for with the black wheels.
Do you know if he powdercoated or sprayed them as I noticed the centre caps are not done.

Also, what wheels/size are they?
