Guys,
Many many thanks for taking the time to attend todays show, your presence was very much appreciated.![Notworthy](images/smilies/notworthy.gif)

Organisers were over the moon with the turn out and hope to have raised a tidy sum with all proceeds going towards the purchase of outdoor children's play equipment for the village.
Highlight's of the day,
Watching two guys trying to start a very old Field Marshal with a shot gun cartridge
, apparently the shot fires and turns a very large single piston bringing it to life ![Ponder2](images/smilies/ponder2.gif)
Thank god for starter motors![Lol1](images/smilies/lol1.gif)
An interesting conversation with a WWII vet who has restored a Willis jeep that was used in Italy and then was part of the Normandy landings where it was taken out by enemy fire. The Jeep was then salvaged and repaired by a local French farmer who used it on his farm until the 1990's .
The Jeep was then bought by its present owner who restored it back to its former glory; I bet that Jeep you tell a story or two.
Great photo's Si,
Many thanks Chaps
