In the summer I was getting 250 miles out of a tank if I didn't drive on boost, and now I'm getting about 180 miles driving like a granny! Can't believe the cold weather makes such a big difference. Mine is a MY06 STI PPP by the way.

The Iphone app. thing will use more decimal places than I did, hence the 0.01 difference.

To say I used the "old fashioned" way I was pretty close. I'd hazard your way was inaccurate.

Based on v power being 117.9 per litre thats over 40mpg.

Managed 250 miles from full to just under a quarter of a tank. That's careful driving until I get her on a rolling road to ensure all is good. Last quarter on the gauge doesn't last very long though. Mine's an sti version 4. Standard apart from exhaust.
