As a white agnostic orn in the UK i do not expect preferential treatment just to be treated fairly as well. I think the problem lies with this government and the previous tory one as well, and the p*ss poor job of intergration

You'll find the DCI is extremely witty and funny. That aside the point being made is valid. One should not expect preferential treatment on a religion/race/colour basis. It is a very quick way of causing offence to the indiginous population.

However, his comments were at complete cross purposes with the point I made - which is that laws are changed on a pretty much daily basis in this country. As such, people are entitled to have laws changed regardless of their religion/race or whatever.
I have attempted to make no other point vis a vis preferential treatment or whatever else it is he likes to bang on about. It just doesn't interest me.
I can only assume PC Dribble doesn't like to challenge his view of the world by actually reading what posters write, or indeed listening to what others have to say.
Other than that, I am sure he is a top bloke

I merely suggested that it would be a good starting point for someone who is - as has already been implied - somewhat challenged in the literacy department.
