Put in a battery, why bother, plug in a portable charger or plug it into one of the abundance of iPod specific accessories that charge also, how many of those are there for the Berry... oops none!! I'll take compatibility over a spare and frankly unnecessary battery.

Anyhow, I don't do anything special, no Bluetooth, Wifi on all the time, email is set to only check once per hour right now as I'm at my PC 24/7, push is on for everything, screen is at 50% brightness.

OK it's up to two days now and I have 20% left, with 6 hours and 20mins usage inc. another 30mins of phone calls. One thing that I think might be giving me long legs is I'm currently out of the country so haven't used any mobile data, saying that I don't use much at home.

Mine lasts about a 1.5 days on a full charge even with heavy usage, screen brightness turned down a little, but 3g, WiFi both left on all day....... Think you may have a problem. Try full discharge/recharge or buy a car charger!!!!

That "app" is part of the phone settings menu tickboxes.

These are Lithium-ion battery's, they don't have memory effect.
