Nokia and Apple could agree to share technology, HTC on the other hand don't seem to have any ideas of their own to trade. I see trouble for HTC.

I could see a large amount of that falling through, or Apple will have to sue every manufacturer.

Possible new BB slider. Seems it's pretty final. think it could be a winner for a lot of people. I love the physical keyboard of mine but also the bigger screen will appeal to a lot of people.

Oooh looks interesting. Too fiddly for me, but would be interested to see if this makes it any further. Would have preferred a landscape slider myself.

As for the whole suing thing. Motorola and Blackberry are also suing and countersuing at the moment. Most cases are more than likely gonna end in some form of agreement rather than a company going under.

I dont see trouble for HTC, lets see how it pans out.

When the study asked smartphone owners to characterize themselves, iPhone owners rated themselves higher as Intellectuals, Extroverts, and Media Buffs than BlackBerry owners. Interestingly though, partners of BlackBerry owners ranked their BlackBerry owning partners slightly higher in these areas.

Google Nexus One would be in my pocket if the iPhone didn't exist. It can't compare when it comes to integration but it's a nice bit of hardware and Android is a good effort.

I installed another excellent and free game yesterday, it asked me politely if I'd mind restarting my iPhone. Not a crash as such but I did restart, how inconvenient.

Has yours crashed yet Diesel?

No Jack - thanks for asking. Its just so slick & solid compared to P800, P990, Nokia N95, N97, N97 mini. So dependable and so reliable
