No internal baffling!
Extending the pipes to the bottom of the tank wont work either.
Filling with wire wool etc wont work either, been there tested that years ago.
If returning to sump, you must make sure it is below the oil line, not above it.

Might end up just putting a cap on the fitting and just empty when full

Yep, simple, they dont work anywhere near there claims without baffles. Yes, they may work on mild road use, but not very well. Put them on track and drive hard and they will be very inefficient.
Think about it, if it aint baffled, the stuff coming in to the tank will more or less just go straight back out the bigger breather, route of least resistance.

You will then get engine vapours around the cabin, and the smell can be nausious. Once the sponge clogs up, which it will, the breathing efficiency will be significantly reduced.

Hi mate, i know its me selling them so im not just trying to get you to buy 
. Most catch cans you will buy are not baffeled, Yes as you can see you can buy ones that are ( id expect you would pay for them tho ) But i think it depends what you are useing your car for. If its general road use then these tanks are fine, If its a track car then maybe you should consider a baffeled one. I am maybe going to look into designs myself and try makeing a baffeled one but obviously they wouldnt be quite a cheap as these ones. Im sure someone else will be along to have their say but theirs mine . cheers

I'll let you know how the catch can you did for me works out on track (i cant see it doing too much spillage really - but we'll soon see) And if it does, ill test out wire wool and other such materials.

ooo glade i saw this, quick question, the three pipes going in look alot smaller in diameter to the breather outlets on lets say the rocker covers, so i need to step them down at all?
