I thought that removing SSU's snipe back at Markus was pretty lame, it was hardly offensive and Markus doesn't appear to be the type to get easily offended. (and he did make the first dig)

In truth I don't know who reported it .... it was a gentle response, and Markus's first dig remains intact

Do you really think that my posting style gets people going? Gets the Forums to light up? Drags the viewing figures up? Pleases the Advertisers? Views mean Adverts get seen ...... a dead Forum is a dead dodo.

We need passion, we need controversial opinions, we need debate and banter - as long as it is done in good spirit and in good humour it should be allowed to flourish.

I believe that is what the new owners want to see, sensible - but challenging - posts ....... removing posts that are harmless does the vision of the new owners a dis-service in my opinion.
