UPDATED:
Some parts have already been sold from my 2004 WR1 but the following are now up for sale:
STi WR1 (2004) Long engine with V.V.T heads (Version 8) = £1,350 ono
OR
Split:
Short Engine = £900 ono
WR1 STi VVT Heads (Version 8) = £450 ono
Engine has done circa 36k miles on it & dealer serviced regularly (last serviced by Zen performance)
Prodrive STi WR1 ECU = £200 ono
Has already been Ecuteked so no mapping licence required, has dual 315 std and 360 bhp maps carried out by Pat Herborne
HKS SSQV blow off valve (v.low mileage) = £85 ono
Original Re-circ subaru dump valve (v.low mileage) = £35
Gears, bolt & rings from dccd 6 speed box = £400 ono GONE TO FAI17
(does not include box itself)
Decat down pipe (low mileage) = £85 GONE TO PENNINE SUBARU
Possibly more to come - will update thread when finalised.

the whole engine can go in nicely in to a classic just need the right ecu to run it these can take 450bhp all day long and having vvti heads it also helps spool and gives better torque across the rev range. Bargain to be had

it's a bargain indeed and proof of the pudding was the sheer power and torque that was made on mine.

. Its a shame 
that "Ryan" (emp7031 or marcspare) from Birmingham went to such length to discuss and agree the sale not to mention the time he wasted for both by myself and Chy @ Pennine Subaru and the potential loss of selling to someone else! Must admit though I did begin to wonder 
when he said his Uncle would pop down with the cash to collect the short block!The build is not too far off now. One person has seen it in the flesh to date and thats not even me!!

no worries think this should be a warning to people to steer clear of both marcspares and emp as it IS the same chap with 2 accounts and 2 diffrent mob numbers should be kicked off in my opinion for wasting your time and a sell of the engine
im sure you wont be the last tho
hope the build all goes to plan and look foward to seeing it too and going for a spin !!
