If i remember correctly you chose ported headers over tubular as you wanted good spool over power, but there is minimal spool difference between them.

Good read that I want to try and keep it looking standard so will keep the top mount. Have always wondered if i should have gone tubular though so i may rectify that this year. not interested in clearing 400bhp though as I wouldn't trust it as a daily runner to get me to work everyday lol. got a bit of a debate with the air box though..... told by RCM to ditch the airbox but have been told by plenty of others to keep it

Always been a fan of the classic mini but never warmed to the new one. Test drove a worx Convertible after getting rid of my last scoob but just didnt enjoy the drive. oh that and only women can pull off driving one.... bit like audi TT's.

Fair enough if you want to keep the top mount mate, but the headers should be a deffo. If you're gonna replace the airbox, which would be beneficial at your level, i'd go for cold air induction kit in the wing rather than a short ram one in the bay which sucks in hot air. although you could run a short ram and heat shield in some way.

Lads they might be good cars. But be honest the hardtop version is always better. H has pointed out the car looks better as a hardtop. Put the convertible next to it and you know the version you will jump into the lighter hardtop version.

But hey thats just my preference. If I did pull up at the lights next to you I wouldn't be able to help myself and would probably call you a hair dresser lmaooooo

The above comment is not directed at anyone in particular and it is a joke. loooooool

Haven't been in the last week or so but they were open about 2 weeks ago. A mate of mine needed a service doing.
