No I wasn't because I'm happy we're I go and take my car and as for new rings in that car for what I've just seen on the ramps the engine hasn't been apart the head gaskets look like they've been on a while to means the engine codes don't match up so unles you've split the engine and used all the old gaskets all the gaskets look not new so you've sun a good job m8. Looks like to me you have just swapped the engine but at least it doesn't smoke and runs ok but as in for running it in for 600 miles why when u haven't even took the heads off it's blatantly obvious they haven't been off .sorry for goin on but I really feel for Tom bck in a Scooby and it's been nothing but trouble has it !!
I'm done now ended thanks !!

As H says, the only thing you can do is try replacing the disks. This is one of the "risks" when buying off a private seller. Sold as seen and buyer beware, but the items are normally cheaper. Cheaper aint always best. I made the same mistake some years back with alloys, never again...

Just fit H. Got them off a really reputable seller who can't understand the judder but has already offered a refund so I'm not worried in that sense but I would like to know what's causing it for certain before condeming them.

Great attitude Andy! Too many people are quick to destroy someone's reputation when private sales don't go perfect. Hope you get it sorted as they're awesome brakes!

The guy I bought them from couldn't have been more helpful. I have no reason to doubt they were perfect on his car. Besides it would be wise to find out now if its something to do with my car instead of sending them back and having the same issue when I buy more. Was in retail for years and understand things don't always go smoothly, but its how you deal with the issue thats important. Too many sellers get overly defencive and shoot themselves in the foot. All about respect IMO .
