they do Carvery and a full normal menu too, I can personally vouch the food is spot on for the money

As far as I know:

2.5's are pretty much bored-out 2.0 units with weaker internals. Although more torquier they are prone to head gasket failure, and ringland and bottom end failure. The JDM 2.0 units are fitted with forged internals, and I believe even Bugeye STI UKs do as well.
