I don't think their 102db rule is too strict at Brands

This Clearly is not going to happen for me unless i get another zorst lol.
i been told putting the bung in for "track use" is not the best idea as the back pressure is not good

You should be ok out on track with the bung in if you don't redline it.
I did a full day with a bung fitted a few years ago. The car wasn't as quick, but it was still fine.
