I went to Thorpe Park last year and thought the Saw roller coaster was very good. Probably rate is as one of the best I've been on, though I've only been to the major UK parks so can not compare to anything else.

Somebody did actually die of a Heart Attack on the Goliath one at Six Flags but I suppose when you look at the number of people that go on it, its not that surprising, especially when you consider the additional stress. Somebody got decapitated after jumping a fence for the Batman ride to collect something he had dropped.
