Just bought 4 Sessanta’s [225/45/17],switched from Dunlop Maxxis on the front and worn Goodyear Asym on the back, all running 35psi.
I drive 60 miles per day to and from work so I know every bump and corner inside out, so I’m confident the placebo effect won’t play a part in my findings.
My initial feeling is that the side walls are softer and need very high PSI ~40 to gain stability. I’m going to play with the pressures to see what works for me and the car.
The road noise appears slightly better and overall feel is that of a more comfortable ride, i.e slightly softer.
Will give it a couple of weeks to rack up 600 miles to give them a few heat cycles and scrub them in, then report back.

You'll probably find the stability will bed in as the tread wears a little, new tyres have a lot of block moment which can be a little unnerving.

Hi, I have them fitted to my wagon running 360hp and i have to say they are the best tyres i have ever owned, good sharp turn in, excellent wet grip and not to loud either. Also been on for 15000 miles and no signs of adverse wear. Id say go for it, for the price you can't beat them.

I have them as well, and I don't think they're as good as the good years that came off. The steering feels woolier with them on, and IMO there's not the same outright grip in dry conditions.
I can't comment on wet roads, as I never go fast in the wet anyway, so to me almost any tyre is good enough in the wet.
I've even had them out on track, and they squeel like mad in corners even when not going "that" fast (e.g. doing 45'ish in the "clarke curve" at brands (indy circuit): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brands_Hatch))
Not impressed with them, and will go for something else once the current set wears out.

I have gone for Yoko Advan Neova AD08's, as also dont drive hard in the wet, and enjoy doing our local hillclimb on production tyres- been very impressed so far, but of course difficult to really see on the road- I have an event on Monday so will report back after that.

Update... 1500 miles later..
03 Blob WRX PPP
Prodrive settings
Running 40psi (warm) which is about 36.5 / 37 cold
Having put 1500 miles on the new rubber since my last post I’ve experienced every type of weather and conditions; crisp dry days, greasy damp roads and full on torrential motorway rain. The highlight for me being the extreme wet, the tyres instil massive amounts of confidence, I found myself driving quick, possibly slightly too quick at times. Quite simply they really do live up to there reputation, wet weather really does equal good times. Just watch out for the others drivers who might not have the same grip levels.
Rolling resistance feels good and improved from previous setup which leads to quieter road noise at speed. In theory my petrol consumption should improve, but I’ve been having too much fun with the new found grip that I can’t say I’ve seen a difference.
The slight downside is that the Impreza’s light and vague steering issue is ever so slightly mad worse; strangely it feels lighter at slower speeds then returns more feed back at normal driving speeds.
I need a track day before I can comment on squeal, but normally an adjustment in PSI can made a difference.
I want to give them 5 stars, but I’m going to drop it to 4 stars, the reason for this is that I still believe the side walls are slightly too soft. Extreme breaking highlights this, when break on the limit the weight of the car can cause the rear to become unstable (normal behaviour), but I believe the slightly softer walls cause the movement to be exaggerated leaving you a little less confident, but I am talking about extreme breaking here, not something you’re likely to encounter everyday.
The tread depth is immense, they are very deep and chunky which I guess is one of the reasons why the rain clearing is so good.

I found the back of the car felt much more likely to come unstuck when I had Goodyears on, and on the front they squealed at speed way before the Vreddies I have on my bug WRX.
Possibly a setup issue or difference in car?
I've run both the GRD fast road setup, and the Prodrive geometry settings, and with both I thought that the Vredesteins easily outperformed Goodyears in wet and dry conditions - to illustrate on a couple of roundabouts near me in wet weather with surface water (not much btw), on the Goodyears the car slid above around 30mph - but on the Vredesteins it gripped.
I also found the Goodyears to be so soft that they wore out around 2-3000 miles earlier than the Vredesteins. I ran both on 36 psi.
I wouldn't got back to Goodyear now, although I have yet to try Proxes.
