The Met office have apparently predicted 2010 summer will be the hottest ever on record......again...4th time lucky perhaps......

Interesting as mine are looking a bit worse for wear. Are you referring to the grill you stick the food on or the basket that holds the lava rock on top of the burner (as the latter is rusty on mine)?

Liking the idea of the burner. In the past Ive just put some soaked wood chips in foil under the grill which has worked pretty well.
