The wheels do have poorboys on, but when they were refurbed by Wicked Wheels in Uxbridge they did a good job of the front face, but the inners weren't painted properly and are basically a matt finish because it is nothing more than overspray. The only way to get them clean is with either scotchbrite or G3 cutting polish
Won't be using that bunch of cowboys again.

That's not good from Wicked wheels. How long ago did you have them done? You may be able to get them redone foc because of a poor job.
The best place for a wheel refurb is lepsons. Cost isn't much more than other places and the inners will be the same as the outside face.
