I'm addmited apple freak (Imac, Ipad, Iphone + iphone for wife). I like them because they do what it says on the (very well designed) tin. must phones, computers etc etc come with a manual bigger than the item.
Apples user interfaces are intuitive and work well. I've been using my bosses HTC and it wont do what I want.
I still don't like the 'locked in' factor to the app store it is a bit big brother but eveything does work.
Show me technology 'meh'
Show me technology that works and makes my life easier and more pleasent? 'YEAY'
p.s. no spell chec at work

24 month contract at £25 per month - 500MB of data per month
£40 per month will get you a 750MB
£60 per month tariff to get 1GB.
There are no longer any unlimited data plans available.
Existing unlimited data customers sticking to their current plan will still receive the same service as they do now, at least until 1 October. They’ll then be able to buy O2 Bolt Ons which include 500MB of data for £5, or 1GB for £10. Of course, these customers won’t be able to use their existing SIMs in a new iPhone 4.

The nokia banana phone was the one used in the matrix but the one used in the film was modified to slide open with a button so in real life it did not exist the 7110 was the nearest to it.

i downloaded the "sitting on the fence" app
but seriously the iphone is a remarkable piece of kit (in a technical sense and a marketing sense)
but surely no one can deny that mac users are a little "precious"
so I do agree with everyone

I loved the late 90s Nokias. i fired up a 5110 (I think??) the other month and it still worked. My dad still uses his 6310, the HTC Touch HD has been sat in its box for months.

As a committed Blackberry fan and owner of a 9700, the iPhone 4 looks ******* awesome.
Credit where it's due, it's a massive improvement on the previous generation.

From 24 June (iPhone 4 launch day), O2 will offer 3 inclusive data bundles for new and upgrading customers. eg,
24 month contract at £25 per month - 500MB of data per month
£40 per month will get you a 750MB
£60 per month tariff to get 1GB.
There are no longer any unlimited data plans available.
Existing unlimited data customers sticking to their current plan will still receive the same service as they do now, at least until 1 October. They’ll then be able to buy O2 Bolt Ons which include 500MB of data for £5, or 1GB for £10. Of course, these customers won’t be able to use their existing SIMs in a new iPhone 4.

I wonder how they will play the existing simplicity users. I get 600 mins, 1200 texts and unlimited data for £19.99 a month on a rolling month contract with my iphone 3G. This is what I was offered when my contract expired and I snapped their arm off. If they try and change it i'll be leaving o2.

Just picked up my new Desire (sorry free upgrade), and new contract on t mobile 900 mins/500 text /unlimited to other t-mobiles and "unlimited" internet which is actually 3Gb at £24.50/month. so "reasonably" happy.
ps still got a 6310i with a payg as standby sits in my bag with a charge a week (original battery)

i gave my wife my old 6310i last year, when her noddy phone failed
(i would honestly still use it, but like everyone need email)
When she looked at it and said what the fvck is that (she didn't say that exactly because she us quite posh)
I told her is was the best phone ever (and she should be proud)
a week later she was at a trade fair in Olympia, and a guy came up to her out of the blue and commented on the phone - saying "wow i had that phone -- best phone ever"
she loves it know

8210 a definate contender, I was amazed when a friend came round my house with one, was convinced it was a toy.
Once I knew it wasnt, I ordered one. I loved that phone. One for my retro collection for sure.

I loved my 'Matrix' 7110 phone. That was back when Nokia phones ruled the roost.
Been and had my iPhone replaced under warranty (cracked case). Going to try and keep this one in pristine condition till the end of the month when I will sell it on.
