id love to do cwmcarn its only 15mins from me just not experianced enough or got a good enough bike 
when i was in hospital a few years ago the guy over from me was in a bad way and when we got talking found out it was coming off his mb on the downhill of cwmcarn

The full Downhill track is a bit extreme...i normally do the freeride track...

I done Brechfa yesterday, was a fair old slog - but i think i've found a nice spot to watch the Rally later in the year
