I hear loads of people say their mates have 500/600bhp imprezas when they hear about mine, then you ask a couple of questions on the spec of their mates cars and realise they are only 350bhp'ish turbos . I really think anyone with a true 600bhp car will have "it's a right waste of cash" attitude as compared to "aw gawd look at my powerfull car" . I also would not use a focus RS as a benchmark, now then where's a Zonda

exactly Steve. I don't bother with RS's, in fact I dont get bothered by anyone on the road. There was this RS4 briefly though ..

little bit of an update on the monster.. i asked what engine work had been done to the car and this is the reply.....

"well got a new vf series turbo.. upgraded the radiator to a 4 row inline, gill on tube to increase the cooling..larger intercooler which my mate build...added 4 extra injectors and increased the air intake..all simple stuff really but my god its made all the difference.oh and chipped ov course plus a few more bits and pieces.

so the intercooler is larger and hand made, not sure where its fitted but cant see it from pictures on the front.

Added 4 extra injectors? is that even possible?

You can add extra injectors but then you need the ecu to cope and the ecu will be worth more than his car and it wouldn't drive very well with big injectors and low power At a true guess your mate will have a 300/320'ish bhp car and thats being optimistic as more power trashes the gearboxes

Chipped with a crinkle cut deep fried chip. And BHP that is only available in la la land using a vf22.

Get him to put it on a dyno and then rip the **** out of him at his expense.

LMAO

Speaking of shame he's digging himself a pretty big hole with some of his comments so far, it's about time you done him a favour by getting him over here so he can stop digging.
