Maz, now over a week has passed, may I ask if you and David came to a reasonable conclusion then? Not fussed about the contents of private messages etc, just curious (as a previous customer to API) about the outcome.

Did your car get running well?

I re-checked Maz's bill and found that we have overcharged to the tune of less than one hour as some work we did was overlapping with another job.

A cheque was sent out same day; 25th June.

Having talked it through with Maz I believe the matter is now closed and we agree.

I guess he'll respond on here sometime.

David APi

PS there never was any issue with the performance or the workmanship.

I had an issue this weekend with labour charges (NOT API!). Basically was originally quoted £30 an hour.

Checked bill later and couldn't get it to add up. Urmmed about leaving it because I was so happy with the work carried out but my partner said no harm in checking it out.

Anyway did and it was because the labour charge had gone up since I last contacted them for the quote. I was fine with this because I was very pleased with the work carried out.

This is what I feel the OP should have done first rather than starting a post. You can do alot of damage to someones business by doing things this way when its probably down to a simple misunderstanding.

Dude, it's already said it was between maz and API, however the issues have been resolved, and refunds/agreements in prices have been agreed between them.

i have visited api twice to see David he dealt with me and Matt on a level no bull, simple easy transaction both times....we have never spent any money there and he treated us sound so i find it hard to believe he would intentionally rip anyone off especially a paying customer

top man..end of
