"English units?" in 1998? We were already metric in 1998 (m,cm,mm)..it's actually the yanks who were (and still are) imperial?
BUT if NASA were metric then I'm assuming the English guys converted to miles/yards/feet/inches for the NASA's sake....lol... whoops
