Will give them a try, got a quote for £540 with sky which is do-able. Much more and I'd probaly not bother tbh. Cant image getting a similar quote for an import or mildly modded car. (27 full ncd on another vehicle clean record and prof driver)

Just tried DL, last week they wanted £600, this week only £515! They do want a couple of hundered more for an import but even an early import sti isnt a hige premium £750 about. Only problem is that I have my daily drive insured with them and you can gurantee they wont let have ncd on both!
The more I look into it the more choices I have! Not exactly going to make it easy to decide!

We have our Family car through DL and get a discount for insuring another car with them. I think it`s 10 or 15%.
To be fair the quotes you got don`t seem bad for your age.
It`s when you get to our ages you start to notice (under £300 FC with Full NC)

it bugs me that they dont share youre ncb because if you crash one of the cars you lose all your ncbs anyway and the fact you cant drive 2 cars at the same time. they should insure the cheaper car for free ,that way at least if you did crash in the cheaper car it still saves them money after all.

No it`s called multi car discount. (or something)
If you already insure one car with them you get a discount for insuring another aslong as it`s in the same house hold. (both have there own NCD)
If you claim on one it dosn`t affect the other.
Just checked and it`s 10% first year then 5% every year after.
