Yes, usually a Moses basket is used and you just take it up/down stairs. Obviously not with the nipper in! Lol.
Maybe you could bi pass the Moses basket if you get a travel system that has a carry cot?
That way you will save a bit more? In theory, a carrycot and moses basket is the same thing.

That might save space, otherwise before you know it you have an ever expanding amount of items that all serve the same purpose.

On the other hand, you might have plenty of room.

Just asked the Mrs and she said the crib will be upstairs and we won't need a moses basket for downstairs. I assume she has a 'master plan' so to speak

She's very paternal naturally (which for me is fookin' excellent news) so has probably been planning stuff secretly since we got together when she was 17

You've lost me Scale model? We have three bedrooms, ours is the middle, she has the front bedroom for all her women crap and the small back bedroom is my DJ studio. She has been told she has NO chance of any child having my own space for my choons. To be honest she dare not ask as I'd go mental

I had the crib upstairs and a moses basket downstairs. I actually found the crib the other day when I was ratting around in the cellar.
Amazing what stuff is down there

They will have to go into hiding or raised shelfs so nothing happens to my precious scale models

Nat knows. Besides it's a probable second job as well as hobby for me so I need somewhere to store my stuff and be able to use when required. Besides girl or boy, they will learn the art of turntablism from a young age

P.S. I'm not at work as I've had a physio appointment this afternoon

I was only thinking of Mrs Leslie's reaction if I had one myself-nothing more complicated.

I am a simple fellow!
