I never go in the ones in hotels and stuff, its basically Bum Soup, all the bits of dead skin, poop and other bodily fluids from people marinading themselves in it then kept at a Bacteria friendly temperature indefinitely, if you wanted to design something to breed Bacteria from peoples undercarriages then a hot tub would be ideal.
One in your own home, at least you are in control of keeping it clean, after each "party" make sure its disinfected.
