A mate of mine is fairly over weight (about 5'10" and prob 17st ish) and from what I am told from the girls he is not that attractive. He is not mega rich, but has a good job so has a bit of cash so can walk the walk. Cant dance for **** though. LOL.
It baffles me at the women he gets on his arm... we are talking seriously fit here. Been on a few nights out and he always ends up with a bit of leg back at the hotel after. A lot of it comes down to confidence, he just walks up to random women and starts to waffle.
Its very much a case of playing the numbers game. He goes for single girls and just puts it on the table quite quickly, if they give him the shoulder he just moves on... amazing to watch. I dont know how many times he had been knocked out by the BF of said girls though...
I would just not have the guts to do it... guess thats the problem LOL.
He recently moved to the US and he sends me the odd e-mail with photos.... I want to poke my eyes out with a stick sometimes it really is not fair.

I can see why someone would like to be better at something. However when it comes to finding that special someone, being true to yourself is what matters.
It's not about looks, but often that helps things along.
If you look like mr potato head but your trying to be Vin Deisel then your simply going to be trying too hard.
I think you could train yourself to be confident and self assured, but realistically if that's not who you are, it will be false and forced. Sure on a first, second or third date, that's all good, but after a while it will get harder to be someone you are not naturally.
I say always be yourself and feel happy knowing that you are who you are.
It's not about looks, but often that helps things along.

As I said my friend did one of these courses - and the bottom line was he was taught how to be 'cheeky' to girls in a smart way.
The course is counterintuitive - always pick the best looking woman - but then be cheeky and play down their looks as if they are nothing special.
That gets them on the hook - he does this and his hit rate is high for Mr Potato Head!
